I was impressed at the very beginning, with Luis meeting the taxi outside to help carry my bags, and with Monica explaining the features of the apartment including a demonstration of the tv! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was absolutely new and clearn and had every amenity. It felt like a home.
