BOOKING WITH US<\/strong>
\nPrices*, terms and conditions<\/p>\n

YEAR 2019\/2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rates per apartment: from \u20ac 70,00 to \u20ac 200.00 **
\nFor each additional person *** from 10 \u20ac \/ day
\nFor any promotions or holiday periods contact the reception.<\/p>\n

* Prices do not include the city tax of the City of Rome (\u20ac 3.50 per night per person up to the tenth day, free for children under 10 years of age)
\n** Up to 2 people.
\n** * A child under 5 years of age is hosted free of charge for each apartment.<\/p>\n

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests must confirm in advance their arrival time, either by phone or by e-mail or by WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

Check-in ONLY BY APPOINTMENT<\/strong> from Monday to Saturday, from 2PM to 7PM.
\nAny check in later than 7PM\u00a0 on working days, on Sundays and Bank Holidays must be agreed directly with our Reception very well in advance.
\nFor arrivals between 9AM and 2PM, Guests can use the luggage store room for free.<\/p>\n

Check-out: all apartments must be left free within 10AM on the departure date. In case of need, luggage may be left for free for the day in our store.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Free cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date.
\nFrom 7 days onwards, cancellations are subject to a penalty charge equal to 50{d8a0d6a11693168654a20ca9856f93dd1648e97231fd26f655a160bab9e6741b} of the total sum owed for the stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prices include the services as specified in the “Our Services” section.
\nDetails of a credit card will be required to cover any damage caused to the apartment.<\/p>\n

One of the following booking methods may be chosen online:
\n– Credit card only as a guarantee, with immediate confirmation of reservation. Payment of the booking has to be made at the arrival in cash or by credit card with a 3{d8a0d6a11693168654a20ca9856f93dd1648e97231fd26f655a160bab9e6741b} commission charge.<\/p>\n

– Bank transfer of 50{d8a0d6a11693168654a20ca9856f93dd1648e97231fd26f655a160bab9e6741b} of the total fee due. Once received the deposit the final confirmation will be sent.
